He was born on November 16, 1980 in Vigan, Ilocos Sur, and rose through the ranks via public service and education. His early years demonstrate his perseverance; in spite of his lack of prospects, he sought a career in law and eventually passed the bar. His strong sense of discipline, resiliency, and dedication to nation-building were all influenced by this foundation. In today’s digital age, children are more connected to the internet than ever before, which allows them to learn and explore. However, it also exposes them to dangers such as grooming, cyberbullying, and exploitation that children are unaware of.   This theme is not only that the ending of exploitation is not just the responsibility of parents and teachers, but also the society, especially the government, to ensure that every child grows up in a safer environment, respected and free from exploitation.
